AI & Content Policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026 · Effective: 4 September 2026
This policy explains the current Openbiznis AI features, their limits, and the rules for using their output. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Current AI features
Openbiznis currently uses AI only when an authorised user explicitly requests one of these features:
- Call summary: summarises a transcript from a recorded call.
- Suggested follow-up: drafts a message from lead details and recent call context.
- Social insight: comments on aggregate performance figures for connected social accounts.
Requests are routed through OpenRouter to a language-model provider. The providers, processing locations, and transfer safeguards are listed on the Sub-processors page. We do not use Customer Materials to train publicly available AI models.
2. AI transparency
Openbiznis labels AI-generated text in the product. A Customer must not remove, hide, or falsify a legally required AI notice. If the Customer makes an Openbiznis AI system interact directly with a person, it must clearly tell that person they are interacting with AI unless that fact is obvious. AI-generated or manipulated audio, image, video, or public-interest text must be disclosed or marked where applicable law requires it.
3. Human review and limitations
AI output is probabilistic. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive, or similar to output given to someone else. It may invent facts or sources. The Customer must independently review, verify, edit, and approve output before using, sending, publishing, or relying on it.
AI output is not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, credit, insurance, or other professional advice. It must not be the sole basis for a decision that affects a person's rights, access to services, employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, health, safety, or another similarly significant interest.
4. Ownership and licence
Customer Materials remain governed by section 5 of the Terms. Openbiznis does not acquire ownership of personal data or third-party rights merely because the material is processed by an AI feature.
As between the parties, Launchzy owns Service Outputs and all transferable rights in them to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Customer assigns any transferable output rights that arise for it to Launchzy. During an active paid subscription, the Customer receives only the limited internal-use licence stated in section 6 of the Terms.
AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright or other exclusive rights in every country. We do not promise that output is unique, protectable, non-infringing, or cleared for commercial publication. The Customer is responsible for any rights clearance its use requires.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Use only inputs you have the right and lawful basis to process.
- Do not put secrets, payment-card data, or prohibited sensitive data into an AI prompt.
- Provide required privacy, recording, and AI notices to affected people.
- Maintain appropriate human oversight and staff AI literacy for the intended use.
- Keep evidence of review where output contributes to a material business decision.
- Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and all model-provider restrictions shown in the product.
6. Prohibited AI uses
You must not use Openbiznis AI to:
- mislead a person into believing AI content or an AI interaction is human where disclosure is required;
- impersonate a real person, create an undisclosed deepfake, or manipulate a person through deceptive or subliminal techniques;
- exploit people because of age, disability, or social or economic vulnerability;
- infer highly sensitive traits, perform unlawful biometric categorisation or emotion recognition, or create social scores;
- make or materially determine high-impact decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, health, law enforcement, or essential services;
- generate unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, discriminatory, abusive, or malicious content; or
- circumvent safety controls, output labels, rate limits, or provider restrictions.
7. Monitoring and enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and limit or disable an AI feature where reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, or enforce this policy. Serious or repeated misuse may lead to suspension or termination under the Terms.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when AI features, providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes are notified as described in the Terms. Questions or reports: support@openbiznis.com.
